First Time Buyer

Buying a house is one of the most important purchases you will make and buying a home for the first time will be an even more daunting prospect.

A mortgage for your first home

Deciding from the vast array of mortgage products available from an ever increasing wide range of sources can be a highly stressful and confusing decision… and that’s why we’re here.

At Acorn 4 Mortgages, we can give you expert advice from our qualified advisers.

We guarantee to give all of our clients the most appropriate and reliable financial advice.

A fee for mortgage advice will be charged on completion of your mortgage. This fee will typically be £300 up to a maximum of £500. We will receive commission from the lender in addition to the fees you pay.

We also offer a fee only option of £1000 – any commission received would be refunded if you choose this option.

THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
